The JX3 type secondary thermal analysis automatic sampling device is a sample pretreatment device that is used in conjunction with a gas chromatograph to detect volatile organic compounds in the environment at a minimum concentration of ppb. The JX-3 thermal analysis automatic sampling device can meet the requirements of "Determination of Benzene in Indoor Air" and "Determination of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) in Indoor Air" in GB50325-2020 "Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering", and can also be applied to the following fields:

The JX3 thermal analyzer is a product independently developed by Shandong Jinpu Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. It meets the detection methods of national standards GB50325 and 18883 and has undergone modifications to the injection gas path. This product uses low-temperature cold trap adsorption, rapid temperature rise flash evaporation, and automatic injection valve conversion to reduce the influence of human factors on data and improve the repeatability of experimental data.

working principle:

Place the adsorption tube with a certain volume of sample collected in the thermal analyzer and heat it to analyze the adsorbed substance. Through cold trap adsorption and high-temperature flash evaporation, it enters the insulated transport pipe and is introduced into the gas chromatograph inlet for analysis through the chromatographic column.

Instrument features:

The installation is simple, and there is no need to modify any parameter settings of the gas chromatograph, ensuring the integrity of the gas chromatograph.

The operation is simple. After setting the parameters, simply press the run button to automatically run the entire process of analysis, injection, and activation.

The injection pipeline and injection valve of this instrument are all temperature controlled, effectively reducing the adsorption of samples by the gas pipeline.
